Welcome to the games developed and published by Mystic Mage Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all games, apps, and related services made available by Mystic Mage Studios (“the Games”).

By downloading, installing, or using any of our Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use our Games.

1. Use of Our Games

You may use our Games only for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or resell our Games or any part of them.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Game.
  • Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
  • Use the Games in any way that may interfere with other players or the operation of our servers.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms.

2. In-App Purchases

Some of our Games may offer in-app purchases, such as virtual currency, items, or features (“Virtual Goods”).

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the store where you made the purchase (Google Play or App Store).
  • Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or other benefits.
  • Prices and availability of Virtual Goods may change without notice.

3. Subscriptions

Certain Games may offer subscription-based features or content.

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
  • Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions will automatically renew for the same price and duration.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s account settings (Google Play → Subscriptions, or App Store → Subscriptions).
  • Refunds for subscriptions are handled exclusively by the respective app store under their refund policies.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the app store to charge you automatically according to the subscription terms.

4. User Data and Accounts

If a Game allows you to create an account or save progress, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your account.

5. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Games, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in our Games — including visuals, artwork, code, audio, gameplay design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Mystic Mage Studios or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for personal entertainment only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Games are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Games will always function without interruption or error;
  • All bugs or issues will be corrected immediately;
  • The Games will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Mage Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, progress, or virtual goods resulting from use or inability to use our Games.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Game at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our Games after such updates means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local law.
